Other historical processions are held in occasion of the reading of the announcement (26th July), of the offering of the candles, (eve of the joust), and in all of the other official manifestations that revolve around the Quintana. The current procession is composed of more than one thousand participants that express the reality of the city in its actual components and in its social roles.

It is composed of the Communal group with the Magnifico Messere, (the mayor in office), the elders, (the magistrates in office), the representatives of the Castles and of the Lands of the Ascolan Territorial Committee and of the costumed personalities and the cavaliers who participate in the joust; these last elements march in the order in which they were classified from the last edition of the joust that had been disputed.
